About This Event
Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind event featuring shooting disciplines, delectable cuisine, hand-rolled cigars, and a line-up of Kentucky’s finest bourbon distilleries from The BEAM portfolio including Makers Mark, Knob Creek, Booker’s, and Basil Hayden. Guests will also enjoy an exhibition shotgun show by Travis Mears, live music from Big Cedar’s own singing cowboy, Clay Self, and food stations crafted by our award-winning culinary team from Big Cedar Lodge and Top of the Rock.
Both overnight guests and daytime visitors will be able to get in the Big Cedar “spirit” with a full itinerary including everything from live music, sporting, and hand-rolled cigars to a bourbon tasting lineup featuring Kentucky’s finest from the BEAM portfolio, exhibition shotgun show, world-class dining, and more:
Sporting Clay Fun Shoot: Guests can kick off the Masters of Bourbon event with a two-hour sporting clay experience overlooking the Ozark mountains. The package ($75pp) includes 50 clays per person at the one-of-a-kind Bass Pro Shops Shooting Academy.
A Spirited Welcome Reception: At 5:30 p.m., guests will be greeted ahead of the main event with a welcome cocktail prepared with BEAM portfolio bourbon selections including Maker’s Mark, Booker’s, Basil Hayden’s, and Knob Creek. Passed hors d’oeuvres will accompany the cocktail hour in addition to live music courtesy of Big Cedar’s own singing cowboy, Clay Self.
Shotgun Shooting Exhibition: At 6:30 p.m., guests will venture out to the Bass Pro Shops Shooting Academy Lawn for an action-packed exhibition with award-winning professional entertainment shooter Travis Mears.
A Taste of Big Cedar: Beginning at 7:00 p.m., enjoy an array of delicious cuisine curated by the resort’s world-class culinary team to pair perfectly with featured BEAM Portfolio cocktails and spirits.
Fireside Dessert & Cigars: Guests will end their evening by watching the sun sink below Table Rock Lake as they sip old-fashioned cocktails, enjoy featured desserts, and smoke fine hand-rolled cigars around a campfire on the Academy Lawn. Shuttles will be available for overnight guests back to Big Cedar Lodge, Camp Long Creek and Angler’s Lodge.
