Opportunity
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll step into a role with a well-established book of business and the chance to deepen and expand client relationships. We’re investing in our digital future while continuing to deliver award-winning print and event products, and we’re looking for someone who can strategically align all of those offerings with client goals. This is a great fit for an experienced seller who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue goals by selling across print, digital, custom content, and event sponsorships
• Ability to build and maintain long-term, consultative relationships with key clients
• Someone who builds trusted relationships quickly and brings a consultative—not transactional—approach to sales
• Identify and pursue new business through outbound efforts, networking, and community involvement
• Prepare and present custom proposals and solutions tailored to client goals
• Collaborate with editorial, design, digital, and production teams to execute campaigns
• Represent the 417 brand professionally at events and in the community
• Accurately track sales activity, proposals, and pipeline in CRM
• Stay informed on industry trends and client business landscapes to offer proactive insights


What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of sales experience required; 7+ preferred and familiarity with Sandler Selling Methodology is a plus
• Strong presentation and communication skills—both verbal and written
• Are you someone who builds trusted relationships quickly and brings a consultative—not transactional—approach to sales?
• A goal-oriented self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Are you a strategic thinker who understands how to match client goals with 417’s portfolio of products?
• Ability to travel locally, attend evening/weekend events, and actively network in the community
• Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal systems (or willingness to learn quickly)
