1. Cool Down with Farm Ice Cream Made at Finley Farms

What to Expect: Finley Farms has launched a new partnership with Park Hills, Missouri-based Bold Spoon Creamery, introducing farm ice cream made with ingredients straight from the farm.

Seasonal Highlights: Cool off with refreshing flavors like mint, chamomile and lavender, crafted with herbs grown on-site. Coffee ice cream—made using beans from The Workshop—is also available exclusively at The Workshop.

2. Explore the Gardens and Walking Trails at Finley Farms This August

What to Expect: Wander through blooming gardens, vibrant farm rows and peaceful walking trails. 

Seasonal Highlights: August marks peak season for wildflowers and produce. The grounds are in their prime for a slow, scenic stroll through nature. Experience Friday night farm tours at Finley Farms with farmer Brendan. For more information, finleyfarmsmo.com/happenings.

3. Finley Farms Outdoor Classes: Yoga, Beekeeping, Paddleboarding & More

What to Expect: Get outside and try something new at Finley Farms. 

Seasonal Highlights: August is packed with immersive experiences—from beekeeping and stand-up paddleboarding to yoga at The Chapel at Finley Farms. Culinary classes are heating up with pasta making, pickling and seasonal cooking taking center stage. Pickling classes include a guided farm tour showing where the ingredients come from.

4. Taste What’s Fresh with New Menus Every Two Weeks

What to Expect: The Ozark Mill Restaurant at Finley Farms’ market menu previously rotated quarterly. Now it changes every two weeks to reflect what is growing and fresh on the farm. 

Seasonal Highlights: The Ozark Mill Restaurant lunch and dinner menus also have new updates, such as added gluten-free and dairy-free items like the new raspberry cheesecake. The Workshop has a new summer market menu, with items such as the blackberry cobbler latte, peaches and cream tea and more.

5. Join the Fun at The Workshop’s Monthly Trivia Night

What to Expect: End your day with fun and friends at The Workshop’s new monthly trivia nights. 

Seasonal Highlights: This free community event invites guests to linger longer, sip seasonal cocktails and test their knowledge in a relaxed setting. Food and drinks are available for purchase.
