The Workshop at Finley Farms

At The Workshop, Chef Anna Davis will teach you all about the perfect charcuterie board and how to prepare it. Learn about different types of cheeses, how they pair well with particular spreads or vessels, and how to showcase your favorite local ingredients. Of course, no charcuterie class would be complete without some cheese and wine tasting, so go with an appetite. Classes are typically around $35 and last an hour to an hour and a half.

The cheeses can come from all over the world including locally, and summer classes feature Good Clean Wine.
