Alex Maurer and Ingrid Ruby Chiles are co-owners of Collective Kitchen, a health and wellness company in the Springfield area that started selling sourdough bread out of Maurer’s Rountree kitchen last sumer. The loaves can be purchased at ourcollectivekitchen.com or on Instagram @_collective_kitchen. The breads are made fresh each week in Maurer’s cottage kitchen and use locally sourced grains and unenriched ingredients.
