Keto-Friendly Brownies from Delicieux Bakery for the Win

It’s tough to indulge your sweet tooth when you’re living the keto life, but Delicieux Bakery (3757 N. State Highway H, Springfield) has been making keto-friendly items for the no-carbs-please crowd. Not everything at the bakery skews keto, but you can find staples like low-net-carb hot dog and hamburger buns or treats like peanut butter brownies and pecan pie among the other sugar-laden goodies. We tried the brownies, dense chocolate triangles swirled with peanut butter that looked like Reese’s-inspired slices of pie. And while they probably couldn’t pass for a typical brownie, they do offer the little hit of sweet that keto dieters might be missing.
