But lately we’ve been extra-interested in one of their other specialties: infused olive oils and vinegars. With flavors like roasted garlic extra virgin olive oil, harissa extra virgin olive oil and fig dark balsamic vinegar, they can add a boost of flavor to your home cooking or zhuzh up your homemade salad dressings. Best part, though: You can taste them before you buy them to make sure that flavor hits all the right notes for your cooking masterpiece.
