Visit Dickerson Park Zoo and you’re off on an adventure of discovery. Dickerson Park Zoo connects people with animals to create adventures that encourage discovery and conservation action.
At Dickerson Park Zoo’s Z.E.B.R.A. (Zoo Education Broadens the Realization of Animals) camps and classes, the world is the classroom. Kids will explore different continents, have up close animal encounters and learn with hands-on activities, stories, games and more taught by the zoo’s conservation education specialists. Camps and classes are available throughout the summer and provide unique learning opportunities for tots to teens. Children will enjoy classroom experiences as well as journeys through Dickerson Park Zoo. Z.E.B.R.A. camps and classes are designed to instill a lifelong love of learning as well as demonstrate how everyone can help protect and care for animals.
