About OTC Center for Workforce Development

The Business Solutions Team at OTC’s Center for Workforce Development (CWD) is proud to be a part of Powered by Women. We support diverse leadership in our community and look forward to seeing you July 19 at the Ladies Who Launch women’s leadership conference presented by Biz 417.

The CWD equips businesses and their leadership teams with the tools to propel them toward success. They assist many clients throughout 417-land with services to develop more robust cultures of inclusion. The CWD can assist with understanding generational differences, building communication strategies and team building. They have experience helping businesses develop company culture in areas such as diversity issues, sensitivity and group dynamics.

Looking for leadership training for your emerging leaders? CWD can help. They offer Professionalism, Communication, Character-Based Leadership and FranklinCovey® 7-Habits®. And since communication is so essential in business, they help teams understand communication styles using DiSC, Gallup StrengthsFinder® and Myers-Briggs.

The diversity challenges that businesses encounter may be straight-forward or complex. Every situation is unique, so CWD customizes their approach for each client, employing various combinations of training, coaching and consulting. With CWD, your business can know that whatever you go through—big or small—you’re not on your own.
