About RedLine Athletics
Train with passion, play with purpose. No matter what sport, RedLine Athletics will passionately help an athlete achieve their best on and off the field or court. They begin every hour with a Fusionetics warmup and finish at the end of every hour and a half session with strength and conditioning. The forty minutes in between include H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) and sport skills work. By creating an overall stronger athlete, injuries should be reduced and a quicker recovery will occur if an injury happens. Every training session happens at the top of every hour. No appointment is ever necessary for training.
