We’re Vitality Counseling and Wellness. Our hope is that you feel seen, known, and understood. We are authentic, empathetic, understanding counselors that can help you feel more present in the moment and actually enjoy it. We provide care for those experiencing emotions that feel out of control, a sense of hopelessness about our relationship, or who are feeling hopeless. Located in Ozark, MO, we are available for both in-person sessions and online sessions for Missouri residents.
