It’s that time of the year when boutiques start receiving new shipments of boots for the fall season, and for a boot-a-holic, it’s a very dangerous time! My philosophy is that you can never have too many pairs of boots in your shoe collection. Some must-have boots in my closet this fall include ankle boots for skinny jeans, mid-calf patent boots for dresses and skirts, biker boots for my edgy outfits and, of course, a great pair of cowboy boots for my country concert nights.
This season you’ll be seeing a trend of over-the-knee boots, which look great with skinny jeans or leggings. If you’re not sure about the over-the-knee-boot, try them on with a short dress and tights. It will give your dress a whole new sexy look.—Kaye Lee
