Springfield Art Museum is still offering take-home project bags, which are an awesome way to indulge your kiddos in a little creative activity and expand their art knowledge at the same time. Each bag has the materials needed for an activity that’s inspired by a different artist’s work, such as last month’s bag all about artist David Driskell’s collages. Springfield Art Museum began the initiative in May in lieu of the suspended in-person kids programming, and since then has given out 2,700 project bags to the community. Bags are free and can be picked up at the museum’s front desk after you reserve one online.
