The 88

Housed inside The Elms Hotel is The 88, an elegant restaurant. One floor above that is The Tavern, a cafe with decadent snacks like fried cauliflower and bacon-wrapped dates. The dinner menu at The 88 has more common options such as cheeseburgers and a chicken cobb salad. Reservations are preferred if dining out over the weekend. 


Excelsior Springs Golf Course 

Play a round of golf at Excelsior Springs Golf Course. The golf course has been around since 1915 and has a bit of history attached to it, including a tee located in the same spot as the Battle of Fredericksburg. During the Great Depression, the original 36 holes dropped to 18, which are still playable today.


The Elms Hotel & Spa 

Retreat to The Elms Hotel & Spa, a 106-year-old building known for its ghost tours and famous visitors like the New York Giants, Jack Dempsey and other politicians and celebrities. The hotel sits on 16 acres of landscaped grounds, making it the perfect getaway for packing a lot in without having to visit a bunch of attractions.
