PB&J Protein Pudding

Makes one serving

1 cup cottage cheese
2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp strawberry preserves
1 strawberry, sliced

Special Equipment
A blender or food processor

To Prepare
Add cottage cheese, powdered peanut butter, honey and strawberry preserves to a blender or food processor, and blend until it reaches a creamy consistency. Serve in a small bowl topped with strawberry slices.
