Fleur de B’s infused honeys and smoked olive oil turn a mediocre dish into an exquisite masterpiece. The five-year-old business, formerly known as Half Crocked Chef, is run by full-time owner and operator Christina Shellhart. This season she debuts a honey subscription service in three-, six- or 12-month increments. Each box includes a global or regional honey, spice and recipe card. Shellhart says each box is catered to that month. All the recipes are her own. She also recently released a smoked olive oil of smoked truffles, roasted garlic, ancho chiles and fleur de sel.
