What three words define your personal style?

Athleisure, street style, vintage.

Where do you find inspiration for your closet?

I get a certain look in my mind, start piecing items together and looking on the internet for inspiration. I like to Google my ideas and see what images come up.

What is your favorite fashion trend right now?

Statement sneakers! I did mention that one of my favorite styles is athleisure. I love to make athletic wear or leisure wear fashionable.

Who are your fashion role models?

Tracee Ellis Ross and Kim Kardashian.

What person—public figure or private citizen—would make your best dressed list?

Marni Senofonte. I’m always impressed by the way she styles her clients and her personal style.

What’s your signature piece?

A blazer.

If you could wear one brand or designer for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

Adidas. It’s classic, cute and comfortable!

What is the most embarrassing thing you’ve ever worn?

I don’t know if it’s the most embarrassing, but for my eighth-grade graduation, I had my dad take me to Chinatown in Chicago because I wanted to wear an authentic Chinese dress to graduation.

What are your favorite places to shop in 417-land?

I love me a good thrift and vintage store. I like to wear vintage dresses and Homewrecker Vintage has some nice ones. I also like Modern Society, Marshall’s and TJ Maxx.

What one item is on your wish list for this year?

A new blazer!
