Garlic Herb Butter
Liven up your butter offerings by adding fresh herbs like basil, parsley and green onions. Recipe courtesy The Food Channel.

8 ounces softened, salted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper, seasoned to taste
½ tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with grilled veggies, on bread or toasted French baguette or with your favorite meat or seafood.
