4 ounces cheddar cheese (mild or sharp depending on your preference)
4 ounces Velveeta cheese
6–8 ounces Guinness Stout
7–8 shakes Tabasco sauce
2–3 shakes Worcestershire sauce
Tortilla chips, bread and assorted veggies for dipping
Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium power for three to four minutes, stirring every minute until all ingredients are combined and melted. Pour mixture into a fondue pot or small crockpot to keep warm.
