Orange and Pomegranate Stuffing
Brighten up your tablescape with fruit-filled stuffing. Sweet and tangy fruits come together with rich and salty stuffing to create a festive and flavorful dish.
1⅔ cup water
4 tbsp. salted butter
1 6-oz. package of turkey stuffing mix
⅓ cup pomegranate seeds
1 tsp. orange zest
2 navel oranges, peeled and sectioned
Fresh parsley for garnish
Add water and butter to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove water from heat and add stuffing mix, pomegranate seeds and orange zest. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Stir in orange segments. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
