1 pound fresh asparagus
1½ T olive oil
Kosher salt to taste
Preheat oven to 450 F. Snap off woody ends of asparagus and discard. Place spears on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush asparagus with oil, sprinkle with salt.
Roast in oven until tender, approximately 5 to 7 minutes depending on thickness of asparagus. Serve immediately.
