Raspberry Gin Smash
A refreshing Raspberry Gin Smash recipe from Jimmy Rollins of the Hepcat that's perfect for summer.

½ ounce lemon juice
¾ ounce honey
1.5 ounces Bulldog London dry gin
Basil leaf for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, muddle two raspberries. Add gin and shake. Strain into a coupe glass. (If you’d like to serve the drink over ice, serve in a Collins glass.) Top drink with soda water and garnish with a basil leaf.
