A portion of the proceeds benefit nonprofits in Eurasia, the region that inspired the recipe. 

The Naan

The addition of ghee gives this naan a soft, fluffy mouthfeel.

Fresh ginger, cilantro and turmeric lend a taste similar to tikka masala.
