Bottled Cocktails from Springfield Brewing Company

Thanks to Springfield Brewing Company (305 S. Market St., Springfield, 417-832-8277), you don’t have to go out to enjoy a high quality, handmade cocktail. Amid last year’s stay at home order, SBC’s former bar manager started mixing and bottling  cocktails and punches for takeout. Each concoction features a house-made liquor and is artfully mixed to create a hassle-free, top-shelf experience at home. All you have to do is add ice! The flavors are constantly changing, and a variety of liquors are represented. Personally, I found the Berry Bushel punch I tried to be a bit heavy, but after adding a splash of seltzer to the raspberry, blackberry blueberry and rum concoction, was quite happy with my at-home cocktail.
