As one staffer put it, this drink is an orange Creamsicle in a glass that brings back memories of chasing the ice cream truck for a creamy cool treat. Made with oolong tea–infused pisco, vermouth, honey and lime, this cocktail is smooth, citric and fruity without hinging on the saccharine, and the egg white brings it to the rich, creamy level worthy of any orange-hued frozen treat.
