The Workshop at Finley Farms is Shaking Up Garden Inspired Cocktails
Grapefruit, jalapeño and basil bring the garden to life in The Workshop’s craft cocktails.

It’s the time to start planning your gardens as the temperatures thaw the soil, and bulbs start pushing through the muck. But planning can take dedicated brainstorming time. What better way to workshop the garden of your dreams than at The Workshop at Finley Farms (802 Finley Farms Lane, Ozark; 417-210-6644)? The coffee shop has craft nights on Thursdays dedicated to exactly this—planning, creating, dreaming, all while surrounded by plants, raised beds and garden inspiration. On Thursdays, The Workshop serves herb-infused cocktails to get the wheels spinning, and The Basil is a standout with Reiger’s vodka, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit and lemon juices, basil and a lightly spicy jalapeño simple syrup. It was tart and vegetal but so refreshing, and it was exactly what I want to be sipping in my imaginary blossoming garden.
