Sweet Cake Cups from Charity Fent Cakes

Imagine a deconstructed slice of delicious cake with the filling on one side and the icing on the other and all kept together in a small cup making it super-easy for you to really enjoy every bite in whatever way you want to. Maybe the first one is just some crazy moist cake and a bit of filling and the next bite is a bit of everything on your fork. Yum! Well, the people at Charity Fent Cakes (2648 S. Glenstone, Springfield, 417-838-1182) are making these sweet cake dreams come true with their ready-to-go cake cups. These are kept on display at their storefront at the Brentwood Shopping Center. I tried a chocolate cake with raspberry filling and buttercream icing that’s still dancing around in my best of dreams. Enjoy!
