Tater Tot Hotdish
Erica Lea of Erica Lea Design Studios shares with us the mouth-watering Tater Tot Hotdish, her favorite comfort food recipe hailing from Minnesota.
I am originally from Minnesota and am used to everyone eating something called Tater Tot Hotdish. When I moved to Missouri, I realized most people don't know what it is. It's a total Minnesota winter, below freezing comfort food and it's really easy to make. Everyone that has ever eaten it loves it! When I ask my husband what he wants for dinner, he always says, "Tater Tot Hotdish!"
Bag of Tater Tots
2 small cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans milk
1 to 2 pounds ground beef
1 bag of frozen vegetables
9" x 13" pan
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Brown the ground beef
Mix together cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans of milk, ground beef, and vegetables
Dump the mixture into a 9" x 13" pan
Spread all the tater tots over the top
Bake for 45 minutes
