Bosky’s Vegan Grill is Coming Soon

Get ready for fun and delicious vegan food! Yup, that’s right, Amy Bennett is turning a passion into a business as she opens Bosky’s Vegan Grill, a concept that’s unique and definitely, one of a kind for Springfield. She wanted vegan food to resemble everyday food—like burgers, chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets, delicious salads with vegan cheese and tasty dressings—to show people vegan food can be as fun as any other style of cuisine. They will have Stubborn soda and it will mainly consist of a to-go style service because the location is tiny but mighty. It’s located at 405 W. Walnut St., we can expect this awesome new place to pop open sometime early April. We will keep you all posted.

The New Ebbet’s Field is Open

Several weeks ago we told you Ebbet’s Field was getting a makeover with new management, and now it has reopened. With a new beverage and food menu, Ebbet’s Field comes back stronger than ever. The cocktail menu has fun drinks such as Ranch Water or the Mango #5 made with spicy tequila, ancho chile, mango, curacao, citrus and a tajin rim. And for the food, there’s lots of fun stuff to choose from, chips and dip (talk about nostalgia), some Ebbet’s wings with choice of sauce and burgers and sandwiches to please any food preference. The beer flows cold, and the sports never stop.

Mudhouse Coffee Heads to Ozark

I bet lots of you have been patrons of Mudhouse Coffee for a long time. These guys were one of the firsts to give Springfield some of those specialty coffee beverages with caramel and chocolate drizzles, an amazing selection of loose leaf teas and the tastiest of treats. It’s been a safe haven for Missouri State students and a gathering spot for friends and family, and now they are ready to expand the love into Ozark. They will be located in the southwest corner at the intersection of Highway 65 and CC, and the new space will have a drive-thru window, an enclosed kitchen and outside seating. Stay tuned.

Banter Brewing Expands

What’s better than learning that small, new businesses such as Banter Brewing are growing big and strong and now require even more space to host their guests. The micro-brewery has acquired the space next door to them and designed an event space where people can rent the entire room for parties or company meetings. The brewery is located at 330 W. Farm Road 182, in Springfield, just off south Campbell and Plainview. Check them out!
