Purple Panda Filipino Food

Filipino cuisine is composed of hundreds of flavors from so many world cuisines. At Purple Panda, a Filipino food truck located in Hollister at the Seven Arrows Taproom, you’ll see a heavy Spanish and Chinese influence as well as some American touches here and there. Their menu features classics such as chicken and pork belly adobo )where they cook the meats in a vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and black peppercorn sauce), lechon (a roasted sucking pig), fried tilapia and so much more.

7 Brew Coffee’s Second Location

Just this past weekend, 7 Brew opened its second location in Springfield. This is a drive-thru coffee concept with espresso-based coffee beverages, hot and cold teas, infused energy smoothies, chillers, Italian sodas and more. The new location, located on 1455 W. Battlefield Road, is part of a fast-growing midwest chain of more than 19 locations with no plans on stopping anytime soon. This is a fun and energetic brand looking to bring a little power punch to the Springfield residents.

Easter Brunch at Finley Farms

Easter weekend is around the corner and a lot of us are making plans for the ultimate brunch. The team at the Ozark Mill at Finley Farms is ready to serve some delicious food with menu items such as apple fritter bread, a biscuit board (I mean, yum!), risotto fritters, fried chicken sandwiches, frittata with roasted mushrooms and a mornay sauce, oatmeal pancakes, steak and eggs, fire-baked pizzas and so much more. This is one outstanding menu for Easter weekend.

Untouchables Brewery in Nixa

How many microbreweries can say they have a prohibition theme? Untouchables Brewery, located at 105 West Sherman Way, Ste 101 in Nixa is set in the 1920’s with a speakeasy craft cocktail bar that will not only serve strong cocktails but their own brews and some light appetizers. The grand opening is April 22 and here are some of the beers they will have on tap: wheat, cherry-lime, orange-habanero, grape sour, lager, chocolate stout, coffee stout, blond ale and an IPA. There are also plans to serve hard seltzers and some fun bar food. So for all those beer lovers, the foodies that can’t wait to check out every new place in town and all Nixa residents, get ready for yet another fun place.
